Think real estate, payroll, accounting, SMS, practice management, construction, expenses,.... Not that exciting right? Our founding triad are operators that have been in the business of making boring and unsexy work for almost two decades.
Stuart started his first business 13 years ago and has had many successful ventures, including Paycycle, founded in 2009, which he sold to Xero in 2011. He then built the global Xero Payroll team that delivers payroll software across the US, AU, UK and NZ markets. In 2015, Stuart co-founded Karbon, and served as CEO until 2023, where he now remains an advisor, board member, and investor.

Agus honed her marketing expertise at Unilever Argentina, contributing significantly to both local and Latin American teams. After earning her Masters in Entrepreneurship in 2009—a journey that introduced her to Stuart—she embarked on a new chapter in GTM strategies, specializing in B2B with a knack for tech startups. She played a pivotal role in developing the marketing frameworks for Paycycle, SMS Central, and Karbon until 2018, when Agus established Capocha Marketing.

Dubbed the "Grandfather of Cloud Accounting," Bruce combines decades of CPA expertise with a deep passion for cloud technology. Beyond running his CPA firm for 25 years, he's been a trailblazer in using cloud solutions in accounting and has held pivotal roles as CFO and COO in tech startups. A SaaS industry stalwart, Bruce co-authored "Adding a Xero to Your Practice," setting the benchmark for cloud adoption in accounting, demonstrating how firms can evolve and prosper with cloud-based tools.
